I have two bedrooms (one is available) on a private level of my house that share.. their own big bathroom which has both bath and shower, also that level has... a fridge and study area with computer for your use. The bedroom is $175 which includes bills.. I am looking for a compatible person 23-36 to stay 2 months or longer.. The room can be furnished or you can furnish, very flexible. My current boarder is 30 year old male.
We have 2 driveways so plenty of parking :)
This is a Lovely big house in a quiet street, walking distance to Public transport, Library, Shops, Park and 4 minute walk to the BEACH !! We are 15 minute bus ride to Warwick train station and close to Joondalup and the City. We also have lovely gardens, a home gym , table tennis etc. Its a great house with a relaxed fun vibe.
$175 A WEEK which includes bills(elec,water etc)
Also included in price is UNLIMITED WIFI internet, the gardens are auto retic, the lawns are mowed professionaly and the paper is delivered on Sunday !
